KCI Aviation is an aircraft Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility. Established in 1985 in Bridgeport, West Virginia, KCI Aviation is headquartered near the North Central West Virginia Airport (KCKB). The company is an FAA Certificated Repair Station (LJQR100G) and is equipped to provide services worldwide through its European Aviation Safety Agency and Civil Aviation Authority of the United Kingdom Certifications. KCI is also ISO 9001:2015 and AS9110C Registered.
KCI specializes in business aircraft engine and airframe scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. KCI services a variety of private and corporate jet aircraft including but not limited to Brasilia Phenom 100/300, Cessna Mustang, Eclipse, Textron Aviation (Hawker, Beechcraft and Cessna Citation Series), Gulfstream (G200, G400, G500 and G600), Bombardier Challenger and Lear 60.
Airframe services include maintenance and repair; minor repairs, alterations and modifications; mobile repair teams; AD and SB Compliance and pre-purchase, lease return and conformity inspections.
KCI Aviation is one of three worldwide Pratt & Whitney Leaseco Centers of Excellence. KCI is also a Preferred Service Provider for Pratt & Whitney Engine Services – MRT. As a specialist in P&W engines and P&W powered aircraft, KCI is a “go to” expert for engine changes, maintenance, inspection, SB incorporation and Diagnostics. KCI supports PT6A, JT15D, PW300, PW500 and PW600 and PW800 Series engines. Engine services include, engine Removal and Installation (R&I), Hot Section Inspections, and Pre purchase inspections. LUI Inspections, Borescope Inspections to mention a few of the company’s specialty services.
